Delivery dates are estimates. Delays can occur because of stock, address problems, couriers, weather, holidays, or events outside reasonable control. Risk and ownership transfer as required by applicable law and the selected delivery method.

5. Returns, refunds and warranties

Eligible requests are handled under our Returns & Refund policy. Manufacturer warranties may have separate procedures and exclusions.

6. Promotions

Coupons and promotions may have expiry dates, product restrictions, minimum spends, usage limits, and non-combination rules. We may withdraw an offer where required to correct misuse or an obvious error.

7. Intellectual property and third-party services
