Returns & Refund Policy

Please contact us before returning an item. A return is accepted only after review and return instructions are issued.

Eligibility

Unless a different period is shown on the product page or required by law, request a return promptly after delivery. Items should be unused, complete, and in their original packaging with accessories, manuals, labels, and proof of purchase.

Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. Keep all packaging until the case is resolved.

Non-returnable items

Opened consumables, activated software or licenses, personalized goods, hygiene-sensitive items, and products damaged through misuse may not be eligible unless faulty or applicable law provides otherwise.

Return shipping

Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for return. We will explain the approved method and any costs before you send the item.

Inspection and refunds

Returned items are inspected after arrival. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment-provider processing times are outside our control.

Exchanges and warranty

Replacement stock is not guaranteed. A faulty product may be handled through repair, replacement, refund, or a manufacturer warranty process, depending on the product and applicable rights.

Order cancellation

Ask to cancel as early as possible. Once an order is packed or dispatched, it may need to follow the return process.

Use the Contact Us page and include your order number and reason for the request. Do not send a parcel until you receive return instructions.
