Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

At Nippotech, we try to make every order simple, transparent, and convenient for customers across Bangladesh. Please check our delivery, replacement, and refund process before placing your order.

Delivery / Shipping Process

• Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders inside Dhaka.
• For outside Dhaka orders, a partial advance payment of ৳300 may be required before processing.
• Order processing usually takes at least 24 hours after confirmation.
• Our team may call to verify your phone number and confirm the order details.
• Order tracking or delivery updates are available after dispatch, depending on courier support.
• Inside Dhaka delivery usually takes approximately 24–48 hours after dispatch.
• Outside Dhaka delivery usually takes approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Customers may check the product in front of the delivery person, where courier policy allows.

Return / Replacement Warranty

• Nippotech provides a basic 3-day replacement warranty for eligible products.
• If the product is not genuine or original, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• If the product is physically damaged after opening the package, please notify the delivery person immediately or provide a clear unboxing video as proof.
• If the delivered product is completely different from the product shown on our website, it may be eligible for replacement.
• If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, replacement may be considered only if the item is unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
• Replacement approval depends on product condition, packaging, availability, and verification by the Nippotech support team.

Refund Process

• A refund may be processed if Nippotech cannot provide a suitable replacement.
• A refund may be considered if you cancel the order before the product has been shipped.
• A refund may be considered if a different product is delivered and replacement is not possible.
• If you do not want a replacement, refund eligibility depends on whether the product is unopened, unused, and approved by our support team.
• Note: Nippotech currently does not offer direct exchange service.
